What Comes Standard With a BlackRidge Structure?

At BlackRidge Structures, “standard” means premium materials, on-site construction, and a clearly defined scope. Every building includes a fully constructed exterior shell with roofing, siding, windows, doors, and trim installed. Exterior wood-based surfaces are delivered primed and ready for final caulking and paint or stain. Final caulking and finish coats are not included unless separately quoted.

  • 6x6 YellaWood® pressure-treated grade beams
  • Moisture barrier installed before grade beams
  • 2x6 pressure-treated floor joists, 16" on center, with double center beam
  • 3/4" treated plywood subfloor built for long-term use
  • 2x6 kiln-dried wall studs, 16" on center, with interlocking double top plate
  • 1/2" pressure-treated wall sheathing behind siding
  • 2x6 engineered trusses with custom rafters
  • 9/12 roof pitch standard with 1/2" exterior roof sheathing
  • Aluminum drip edge, hurricane ties, and 6" overhangs on all elevations
Standard pricing includes the completed structural shell and exterior components shown in the approved scope. Interior finish packages are optional and quoted separately.

  • Available siding options include vertical panels, board & batten, clapboard, T1-11, vinyl clapboard, and pine tongue & groove
Exterior doors, windows, roofing, siding, trim, and vents are installed as part of the standard exterior shell. Exterior wood-based surfaces are primed and ready for final caulking and paint or stain unless separately quoted.

5. 30-Year Warranty

  • 30-Year Limited Structural Warranty for qualifying structural failures attributable to workmanship or materials under normal use
  • Roof shingles covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to manufacturer terms
  • 1-year coverage on doors and windows where applicable
  • Premium siding backed by manufacturer warranty where applicable
  • Exterior wood-based surfaces must be caulked and painted or stained within 30 days to maintain warranty compliance where required
  • Final caulking and finish coats are not included unless separately quoted
  • Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable
Standard exclusions include ground movement, inadequate site preparation, lack of maintenance, post-build modifications, misuse, and severe weather or other events outside normal use conditions.
