Custom-Built Structures

We design and build our structures in-house to match the way you plan to use them and the way you want them to look on your property. Our work includes storage sheds, finished interior sheds, backyard offices, workshops, garages, pergolas, pavilions, gazebos, firewood sheds, and other custom outdoor structures.

If you have something specific in mind and do not see it listed, ask. Many of our projects begin with a homeowner who wants something more tailored than a standard prefab option can offer.

Permit Services — Clear Guidance When You Need It

Permit requirements vary by municipality, structure type, and intended use. We help homeowners understand what may be required before the build begins so there are fewer surprises later.

• Sheds, pavilions, and pergolas: In many cases, the homeowner pulls the permit directly. We can still help by answering questions, explaining common requirements, and sharing practical guidance based on our experience working with local departments throughout Cincinnati and the surrounding Tri-State region.
• Garages, barns, ADUs, and timber-frame projects: For larger or more involved builds, homeowners can often still pull permits themselves. When you prefer additional support, we also offer optional general contracting assistance for permit coordination, inspections, and related project steps.
